Overview

JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for developing plans and executing projects and initiatives that support short and long-term marketing strategies of the brand. Additionally this individual will oversee the operations of the charity, community outreach component, as well as the patient engagement on online review aspects of the operation. The Brand Manager works with vendor partners, agencies, and the leadership team, in delivering projects that support the brand promise. The Brand Manager works closely with the Director of Operations and CEO to effectively plan media, create patient-facing campaigns and communications for all Dental Offices and focus markets. This involves collaborating with vendors to understand equity and financial objectives and then working with the leadership team on development, execution and measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Selects and process locations for weekly direct mail marketing for all Dental Offices.
  • Oversees the creation of marketing materials with a graphic designer and presents marketing materials for team review.
  • Collaborates with media and billboard outlets to ensure we are positioned in locations providing desired results.
  • Supports cross-functionally to ensure the implementation of initiatives achieve financial goals (patients, online reputation) and seeks operator feedback to ensure initiatives support operations excellence.
  • Works to resolve patient concerns to ensure patient satisfaction remains a top priority.
  • Partners with agency and vendors (Digital Media, Email, Creative) in order to manage and develop brand-relevant recommendations.
  • Develops and nurtures relationships with other Dental Support Center teams to remain informed of initiatives and disseminate applicable patient feedback.
  • Executes the monitoring, tracking and evaluation of marketing plans.
  • Communicates result of marketing projects and initiatives; Identifies implications for the brand and provides recommendations for future actions.

Qualifications

  • Graphic Design Preferred
  • Advertising and Brand Communications: Displays the ability to assist in translating the brand positioning and strategy into effective consumer advertising and communications.
  • Analytical ability to interpret technical data and adjust decision making based on results.
  • Patient Knowledge: Demonstrates the ability to understand current patient and industry behaviors, trends, attitudes, preferences and needs. Be a champion for the brand’s patient target across the organization.
  • Project Management: Demonstrates the capability to achieve desired outcomes on time and within budget through the application of project management principles and techniques.
  • Knowledge of social media preferred
  • Organization and time management skills a plus. Be able to organize, plan, and follow-up with tasks in a timely fashion
